The Download Shop’s entire selection of music and film titles are offered with consent of the copyright holder and are therefore fully legal. The Download Shop offers music downloads of individual tracks and full length albums in MP3 formats with no DRM. In addition, the Download Shop offers film downloads in WMV (Windows Media Video) format with DRM. MP3, WMA and WMV can be played on: Windows XP and Windows Vista. After downloading music files, it is possible to burn them onto CD or transfer them to a portable music device. Please note: Film titles cannot be burned to DVD or CD. They can only be played from a PC. (For more information see section: Rights concerning the use of music downloads and copying CDs).
Music and film downloads are delivered immediately after the payment process has been completed, though the actual downloading process varies depending on your Internet connection speed.

When paying for music and film titles from the music shop, you can use a debit or international credit card: Eurocard, MasterCard, VISA and JCB. All prices listed in the Download Shop are in Danish kroner (DKK) or EURO (EUR) and include VAT. The payment transaction fee is included into the sales price listed.
Save your receipt, as it is your proof of having purchased a music or film title. In accordance with the rules stated in consumer agreement laws, you cannot return products purchased in the Download Shop. However, it is possible to re-download the music or film you have purchased, if you contact support@redantenna.com with your receipt. On the receipt that is sent to you via email, you’ll find the information needed to re-download files.

The Download Shop reserves the right to modify the prices of products offered in the Download Shop at any time. The Download Shop does not offer price guarantees or reimbursements in the event of reduced prices or sales campaigns.
All music and film titles offered by the Download Shop are protected by Danish copyright laws. Violation of copyright laws can result in claims for compensation. The rights you acquire by purchasing music and films from the Download Shop are not subject to special limitations, but follow the rules stipulated by copyright laws:

When you use the Download Shop, the following information is registered: the pages you have viewed, the time you viewed them, the browser you use and your IP address. In addition, cookies may be used to collect information of a technical nature, as well as for the statistical purposes of measuring traffic on the Download Shop’s site. All of this information is of a non-personal nature. This means that you cannot be identified as an individual based on this information. The information is collected exclusively for the system administration and continued optimization of the Download Shop.
Personal information entered during a purchase made at the Download Shop is treated in accordance with applicable Danish law.
We only save the information necessary to complete your order, such as email and product data that concerns you. Names, addresses and email addresses will normally be transmitted in an unencrypted form. All customer and order information is handled strictly confidentially, and will never be distributed to a third party.
When paying by credit card, the transfer of your card information and funds is made in encrypted form via PBS-approved Pensio software. Neither the Download Shop nor RedAntenna can see your information. RedAntenna is the company that manages the technical development of the Download Shop. PBS has certified the Download Shop to carry out this form of payment. Paying by credit card is therefore secure at our shop.
You will be able to see when encrypted information is being used by the padlock icon that appears in the bottom right-hand corner of the page. Please note that the confidentiality of non-encrypted material sent via external networks (Internet) is not technically secured. We store your data safely, but not in encrypted form.

The Download Shop and RedAntenna are not be responsible for:
Errors that occur as a result of the purchaser’s use of music or film in connection with other accessories that directly or indirectly affect the functioning of the latter.
Loss that results from reduced operations, data loss or other conditions related to technical operations, on which the Download Shop or Basepoint Media does not have immediate influence.
Loss that occurs as a result of an attack on RedAntenna’s shops, including, but not limited to, hacking and denial of service attacks, or indirect losses of any kind.
If the music or film you have purchased from the Download Shop is deficient, you alone have the right to re-download cf. section 3. The Download Shop assumes no responsibility for deficiencies beyond the access to re-downloading, and relinquishes any further responsibilities, including losses that the customer may suffer as a result of a deficiency.
The terms and conditions of sale for music and film downloads via the Download Shop are subject to Danish law, and any dispute between the purchaser and the Download Shop related to the purchase of music or film from the Download Shop will be decided in a court of law in Copenhagen.
